Picking a favorite song is kinda tough, but this one jut reminds me of so much I went through in the past two years. I remember listening to it when walking up the steps of the Red Line to DePaul and thinking "One day I'm going to go here." Took a couple years, but I got it done.








P.S. When I logged in there was a draft of something I started to write a long time ago when I logged in to post. It's kinda weird to look back even a few months ago and realize just how different I've become. It was only a few sentances so I don't even know where I was going with it, but it looked like I was just having a total freakout about life and school and everything. Glad to see it all worked out :]

25 unknown facts.

1] I spend more money on coffee then paints. I've really tried to quit, like I REALLY have, but I mean, I've been drinking it since I was three years old. And it's not THAT bad for me, right?
2] I have a foot painted on my closet door because I originally wanted it to be a hobbit foot. But I never added the hair. I kind of like it the way it is. My mom really likes it. Gwen thinks it's gross.
3] The older I get, the more freckles I seem to acquire. I didn't know that would happen.
4] Asians are attracted to me. I'm serious, they just love me. I'd explain why, but then you'll know my secret and try to take them from me. >:O
5] You all know I have a crush on Cassie Steele. I also have a thang for Ellen Paige and Kat Dennings. But mostly Hannalore from Questionable Content. She's just so anxious and problematic. I would take her out for bagels and come back to her apartment and clean with her allllll day long.
6] I don't like painting assignments because I paint better when I just decide to and I'm not worried about a grade. Pleh.
7] I like old women. I think they're funny and sweet. And they make really cute mistakes. Like forgetting I'm on the balcony and locking the door to get back inside because they don't want someone to come inside in the night. Even though we're on the fifth floor. It was okay though because I had just started a new book. Okay, so I guess I just really like my grandmother. Whatevvvv.
8] I get really upset when I think about my family down south. I haven't seen them since my grandparents died, and most of the time thinking of them makes me cry. I just REALLY miss them.
9] I walk in a straight line most of the time.
10] Sleeping over Kathryn's house for me means; watching indie films, eating her family's rice supply, listening to how a lady's butt is very nice, david bowie, and reading for three hours in the morning to wait for her to wake up. I love my wife.
11] My Cotillion Court somehow morphed into a family. What you don’t know, is how much I want to write a book about all the hilarious dramatic things that happened along the way.
12] Christopher Gutierrez is my favorite author. I mean, his way of writing is just okay, but the stories he writes hit so close to home.
13] Gypsies intrigue me so hard.
14] I can’t say the word drawer correctly to save my life. Well, no I lied, I can, if my life was in jeopardy. It's just a hassle.
15] False beards make my brain go into a craze with excitement.
16] Real beards are really attractive. It’s one of the main things Brandy and I always point out about men we think are attractive.
17] Chow fun is the best thing I've ever had in my mouth.
18] All my great-aunts are nuns. They’re pretty cool too.
19] I’ve been known to have full-length, serious conversations with my mother in Korean accents. She named me, “Taria,” because it’s my name in that accent.
20] I have this thing with sparkles. I wouldn't call it a fear. But I would call it something I avoid drastically. See, when I was a liel one and I was in dance, they'd put sparkles in our hair. And there was this one sparkle that was just stuck on the top of my head. Like buried in my skin or something. Anyways I never got it out and for all I know it's still there. Yuuuup.

22] I used to dance tap, jazz, ballet, and hip hop. Surprise! Once they started break dancing in hip hop, I quit dance. But that was mainly because I was starting highschool and was nervous I wouldn't have time to actually study and junk.
23] I have this really ugly burn on my arm from a curling iron right now. Dumbbbb. It's in a perfect oval too. I kindof want to burn myself more and make look like something cooler. But I wont because it hurt so much already. =/
24] I don't really care for hamburgers. Like I'll eat one, but I never crave one. So, going to In & Out is annoying sometimes. But sometimes it's okie doke and I'll just do it.
25] I like Rihanna more than the average joe.
