I can't sleep because I keep thinking about my neighbor Vivs wake. It was over a year ago so I really don't know why I'm thinking about it now. She was the best, everyone from my old neighborhood was. I loved living there because everyone cared about each other and knew each other. If you asked me who lives by my house now I wouldn't be able to tell you. I only know the people who live right next door and Nikki who lives way down the street. And I don't even talk to the people who live right next door. Little Ricky has a better relationship with them. Funny but true.
I miss Debbie and sitting out on her front porch talking about how she's never going to have kids. I miss going to take her dogs to a dog training class every Wednesday and helping her clean her clean her car on weekends.
I miss Viv and how she would always give all the kids on the block candy. She always thought my birthday was November 3rd but that's ok cuz I'd have two birthdays hahah. It hurt so bad to have to see her at the wake.
I miss Vicky. My first best friend. We use to build forts when the weather was bad and hide in them pretending there's a tornado outside. We use to do everything together. I miss her a lot.
Rachael lived down the street. When we first started hanging out she bit my finger and made me cry.
Natalie told me she's from Poland but not the same one as me cuz hers was on the other side of the world. We wrote a song together and I still remember the words. Only cuz there's like 2 lines to it tho.
Amanda lived wayy down the street. We use to play Masterpiece, best board game ever.
I miss all of them. I miss being a little kid. I miss my old house. And I'm scared that soon I won't remember the way each room looked or all the memories I have there.
